Neutral rejection code (since 1.62.0): content_invalid means the document failed validation, file_rejected means the file was rejected (format, virus check, upload not available), too_large means a size limit was exceeded, limit_reached means the plan's document limit was reached, index_failed means indexing failed, batch_rejected means an atomic batch was not applied.
