Where the category or type of business comes from, from strongest to weakest: manual (the user's manual value); org_rule (an organization rule learned from its corrections, “vendor → category”); vendor (the vendor's default category); catalog (the company directory: domain, name, legal name, alias, tax ID or VAT number); keywords (keywords in the line item description); fallback (nothing matched: “Other”, flagged for review). Automatic classification from the document text ranks between keywords and fallback. The list can grow: show an unknown value as automatic classification.
