An invoice line item. Numbers are decimal strings with a dot and no group separators.

Category of the line item. In manual values, it pins the category. Line items with categories only (besides category, only description and amount) do not replace the line items themselves, so the extracted ones remain. Pass the category with the line item's description and amount: they are used to find the line item after it is parsed again, when line numbers may shift. The change is merged with the existing categories by description and amount: line items missing from the change keep their own, and category: null clears a category. Without a description and amount, the line item is matched by its number.
