AnswerVerificationItem

A number in the answer that the check did not confirm. replaced: replaced with the value from the data (there is no marker in the text). unverified: the number in the answer text is replaced with the marker ⟦n:<marker>⟧ (U+27E6, U+27E7). The client replaces the marker with a phrase in the interface language based on reason and a link to drilldown[drilldown_index]; a client that does not know markers shows original.

The list is extensible.
