  Sender of the announcement when an API key calls (since 1.62.0): an active user of the key's organization; recipients see the announcement from this user (created_by). Required for a key (otherwise 422 validation.failed); a user of another organization or an inactive user returns 404 users.not_found. The permission to announce on the card is checked for the key. In a session, the sender is the signed-in user: a different sender_id returns 422 validation.failed.
