웹훅이 이벤트를 받을 컬렉션. 값이 없거나 빈 목록이면 역할과 데이터 프로필로 볼 수 있는 모든 컬렉션이에요. 키 자체가 컬렉션으로 제한되어 있으면 그 키의 컬렉션으로 이루어진 비어 있지 않은 목록으로만 웹훅을 만들 수 있어요. 이때 이 필드가 없거나, 빈 목록이거나, 그 키의 목록 밖에 있는 컬렉션이 있으면 403 webhooks.collections_outside_key 오류를 반환해요.
